I am receiving administrative messages saying that my mailbox is too full. What should I do?

Due to hard drive space limitations, each mailbox is limited to 40MB. Make sure to periodically (1) delete Sent Items, (2) delete unnecessary saved Draft messages, and (3) Empty Deleted Items. Other than quantity of messages, the next most common problem results from attachments, especially photos and portable document format (pdf) files. Attachments should be saved to your local hard drive to avoid using too much server space.
