Mount Union Area School District Central Registration 

Student registration is on the Mount Union Area School District website.  If you do not have access to internet please call 814-542-2518 option 2 to schedule an appointment. 

Please go to  In the center of the page in the gold bar, click on Parent/Student – then click the school year (the year that your child will start attending) student registration.

 You will need to create an account, once the account is created you will log in and complete the registration forms.  

Additional items needed to complete registration.  You have the option to upload the child’s birth certificate, child’s immunizations and parent/guardian’s proof of residency (lease agreement, mortgage statement, electric bill or notarized affidavit) or you can bring those items into central registration.
