Dual Enrollment Scholarships Now Available!

Dual Enrollment Scholarships are now available for eligible Pennsylvania high school students!

Scholarships are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and the number of scholarships is limited.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible, students must:

• Reside in Pennsylvania.
• Be a high school student participating in a dual enrollment program.
• Live in a household with an adjusted gross income of up to $116,000, plus $20,400 for each dependent listed on the family’s federal 1040 tax return.

How to Apply

The application process is simple:

1. Complete the online application at https://eitcnow.org/de.
2. Submit a separate application for each student.
3. Upload a copy of the 2025 federal 1040 tax return for the person who claimed the student as a dependent. The entire page showing the filing year, filers’ names, dependents, and adjusted gross income must be included.

Applications will not be processed without the required tax documentation.

Because scholarships are limited and awarded first come, first served, families are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.
