Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent/Board Secretary

The Mount Union Area School District is accepting applications for the following Secretarial position:

Position is 240 days per school year, 7 ½ hours per day.

Board Secretary is a 4-year term appointment.

Associate Degree and/or Central Office experience required.

Competitive salary based upon experience.

Responsibilities include secretarial support to the Superintendent and

Board of Education along with support to the Administrative team.

Strong organizational, record-keeping and computer skills needed.

Ability to compose correspondence, prepare agenda and minutes,

maintain confidentiality and work independently as well as part of a group.
